Google tells me CR-10 uses Marlin, so you should select that. Volumetric Marlin is not very common. Print Head Settings X/Y min/max define the bounding box of the area your print head takes up. The CR-10 V2 ships with it's own slicing software, Creality Slicer, which appears to be a customized version of Cura. I've been using that, as well as standard Cura, for the last week with my new V2 and I'm happy with the results so far.
